JOKARI est le projet solo de chansons de Marion Josserand.
Après des études de jazz à Toulouse, ses rencontres et ses différents groupes (BOOST 3000, OE, Terrain Vague...) ont encouragé l'écriture en couplet/refrain. Ses chansons naissent sur un orgue confidentiel, dans le coin de la chambre, et enfilent un costume fait main, élaboré sur le bureau à coups de violon, synthés, guitare et batterie de poche.
JOKARI aime le quotidien, les souvenirs à la paille, les différentes torsions du monde. Caresser les cailloux du Lot pour durer un peu plus longtemps.
Brigitte Fontaine & Areski pour apprivoiser son surréalisme, Katerine pour semer du signifiant dans les sillons du commun, un peu d'enfance contre le temps qui passe : ça ressemble à un mélange de tout ça.
